This has the effect of increasing our positive power for health, happiness and spiritual evolution. The Cosmic Inner Smile is a powerful relaxation technique that utilizes the expanding energy of happiness, love and of nature as a language with which to communicate with the internal organs of the body, the 'Second Brain' in the abdomen - and the universe, as well.
