Chia Seed, Senna and Garcinia: For people who eat a low-fat diet. This formula will add fiber, absorb excess fat and sugar from intestines, block production of excess sugar form starchy foods, bind excess sugar in blood and aid in moving food through the intestines. This blend includes the highest ratio of Senna and therefore must not be used more than five days in a row. Switch to formula 3 for five days if needed.
