Taoist Morning Practice (new2009)
The Taoist Morning Practice serves to awaken the body-mind to the rising yang chi in nature. It opens the yang chi channels (meridians) and the five inner yang organs. The yang chi is refreshing; it cleanses the blood and strengthens the bones. The simple movements also gently exercise the tendons, which represent the major support and strength of the body. Finally the Practice helps develop the ability to feel the movement of chi in our body and so quiet and harmonize the heart and spirit, generating a joyful heart.
