Chia Seed, Garcinia, Konyaku, Senna; For people who include oils, meat and starch in their diet. This formula adds an additional fat and sugar absorber to the intestines, the Konyaku. It will also add fiber, block production of excess sugar from starchy foods, and aid in moving food through the intestines. This blend includes Senna and therefore must not be used more than five days in a row. You can than rest for a few days and start again. Switch to Formula 3 for five days if needed.
